Hi there, I am Shilpa Wagh. Chief Facilitator at CapellaZen Community. 
To begin with, let’s talk about how CAPELLA ZEN came into existence. I have always been inspired by stories of successful women. I grew up reading about them and following some of them as my role models.
After becoming Computer Professional, I started my journey in Corporate world and was quick enough to climb the corporate ladder with my work. While I was growing my experience in professional side, my personal life also travelled. I got married and god blessed us with a little bundle of joy.
The motherly love took over the professional inside me and I decided to bid goodbye to my roaring corporate career. Is that the magic word SABBATICAL in happening?
No way…..Being a professional at heart, I started my own consulting and my professional journey continued from Quality Assurance, to Corporate trainings in Information Technology.
In 2008, I decided to enter an unknown territory i.e. of personal finance. Today, I have successfully established myself as a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor, advising client on their Personal Finance in a unique FEE ONLY model.
There are many women out there who are going thru or gone thru similar life transitions. Some have successfully managed them and some may be struggling.
Idea of CapellaZen is build a community to support each other by engaging in conversations, evolving as successful individuals and enriching our lives by experiencing power of knowledge.

In the process of maturing as a woman who wants to reach stars, we want to juggle many things. This is possible only if we have strong foundations. Though there are many such pillars supporting our success, I have selected four such stepping stones to lay down that foundation.
